ABOUT ME

I’m Sarah, a witch, healer and space holder for those walking their own path of remembrance and reconnection.

My journey into this work didn’t begin in a classroom or with a certificate. It began in the stillness of my own healing.

In my late twenties, I spent years battling ME. At one of my lowest points I was so fatigued that I couldn’t even get out of bed, my young daughter had to care for me. The exhaustion was more than physical, it was soul deep. Life stripped me down to my bones, forcing me to rest, to listen and to surrender.

In that stillness, something ancient stirred. I found myself reaching again for my cards, reading them for myself everyday led me to connecting with my guides, feeling them beside me everyday connecting became easier, until I remembered they have always been there. Through that doorway I began to explore energy work, Shamanic practices and self healing , but it wasn’t until I turned inward, into the deep, unlit places that true healing began.

Shadow work became my anchor. I faced the grief, the trauma, the buried wounds I hadn’t wanted to face but still carried. I held them, I honoured them and then slowly I began to release them. The more I softened into that inner work, the deeper my connection with my guides became. Their presence grew stronger, clearer and I learned to walk this path with them, not just beside me but within me.

What followed was a return to my light, not in spite of the darkness but because I had walked through it.

Now everything I offer is rooted in that path, the spiral of falling apart and weaving oneself whole again.
